School of psychosomatics

What is my role in this school?

  • Where was the beginning?

Iluta Repule

I am a practitioner of Rapid Transformational Therapy, a psychosomatics lecturer, author of books, and founder of the Iluta Repule School of Psychosomatics.

10+ years of professional experience • 8,000+ individual sessions • international professional further education • continuous professional development from 2014 to 2026

My main professional interest is the person as a whole — their body, emotions, life experiences, relationships, and unconscious psychological processes.

My approach

In my work, a person’s personal story is important.

I do not stop only at the question:

"What is happening to me?"

I am also interested in:

"Why is this happening specifically to me?"
"When did this story begin?"
"What emotions and life experiences are connected to it?"
"What pattern of reaction do I continue to repeat?"

Professional Education and Continuing Development

My professional journey is not based on a single method. Over the years, I have continued to learn, expanding my knowledge in psychosomatics, psychology and therapeutic work.

I regularly continue my professional development, personal therapy and supervision.

Below you can learn more about my diplomas, certificates and professional continuing education credentials.

Why did I create the School of Psychosomatics?

My interest in psychosomatics began with a desire to understand myself.

Over the years, this search evolved into professional work and later into the creation of a school.

I created the Iluta Repule School of Psychosomatics to bring together knowledge and practical tools in one place for people who want to understand themselves more deeply.

It is important to me to look not only at an individual problem, but at the person as a whole — their body, emotions, relationships and life story.

Because sometimes change begins not with the question:

"How can I fix myself?"

but with a completely different one:

"What have I not yet understood about myself?"

My Professional Education and Continuing Development

My professional journey in psychology, therapeutic work and psychosomatics has developed over more than ten years.

I have studied psychology, therapeutic communication, Rapid Transformational Therapy, psychosomatics, psychoanalytically oriented work, symbolic therapy and several specialised programmes focused on the interaction between the body, emotions and unconscious psychological processes.

It is important to me not to stop at one method or one theory. I continue to learn, participate in professional continuing education programmes, supervision and personal therapy, enriching my work with new knowledge and practical tools.

More Than 8,000 Individual Sessions

Knowledge is important to me, but practical experience is equally significant.

Since 2014, I have conducted online training, courses and classes, and in my individual practice I have conducted more than 8,000 individual sessions. (Iluta Repule School of Psychosomatics)

Many years of study and practical work have shaped my view of the person — not as an individual symptom or problem, but as a whole in which life experience, emotions, relationships, the body and unconscious processes interact with one another.

It is precisely from this experience that my PSY3.0 approach has gradually developed.

I continue to learn, participate in professional continuing education programmes, supervision and personal therapy because I believe that working with people requires not only knowledge, but also the continuous professional development of the specialist themselves.

For several years I have been looking for answers to the question - how to become free in my expressions? Digging through the huge range offered by different branches of psychology. Different directions of typologies, but I did not find the answers. Everyone offered something, but none of it worked for me. And then I decided to create my own technologies and products where I share techniques that work and deliver results.

I created my own self-improvement system, which is recognized on the Internet as the Ilutas Repule Psychosomatic School (formerly the School of Self-Awareness). In my work, I use tools that are based on the laws of nature - development of instincts, unblocking of emotions and reviews of beliefs and their change, gender, pregnancy period, birth, first years of life and his life today. And these are not simple conversations, but technologies through which a person experiences various states. Working out my own psychological problems, I turned my pain into my life's work - helping other people get rid of painful and uncomfortable feelings. I have already conducted more than 8,000 individual therapies in working with various discomfort states.

My work is my inspiration

In my work, I use knowledge and tools from psychosomatics, psychoanalytically and psychodynamically oriented approaches, emotional work, the study of a person’s biography, early life experiences and recurring life scenarios.

I have also trained in Professor Gilbert Renaud’s "Healing Through Memory" methodology.

Building on many years of practical experience, I have also developed my own PSY3.0 approach, which places particular emphasis on a person’s personal story and situations that may be connected to their current emotional difficulties.

How is my approach different?

It is not enough for me that a person intellectually understands their problem.

Sometimes we know very well why we behave in a certain way, but at a critical moment we react in exactly the same way again.

Therefore, in therapy, we look not only for an explanation, but explore the person’s actual experience — emotions, bodily reactions, relationship patterns and life situations in which a particular scenario developed.

My goal is to help a person see and understand themselves more clearly, so that they have the opportunity to choose different ways of responding and living.

I work individually and in groups, and I also create psychosomatics courses and educational programmes.

Why?

School of psychosomatics

Why am I doing all this?

My answer is very simple - because I can, I want to and I really like it. I manage it effortlessly, and I cannot imagine my life without reading books, without improving myself, without accumulating knowledge and passing it on to others. I can't imagine my life without working with my clients, without working with myself. This is one area in which my interest has never waned. This is a field where I can operate 24 hours a day and I don't need holidays or vacations. I just love what I do.

Acquisition of skills

I realized that I needed to learn psychotherapy to help people change in ways they choose. I have to start dealing professionally with what from the beginning was a search for answers to my inner questions. In order to be able to share my knowledge with other people, I had the idea of creating an online course and I started it in November 2014. It was my very first experience performing in front of a large audience (in a virtual space). Today I conduct classes/webinars and individual therapies online. Therapies take place via Skype (FB messenger). The results are independent of the therapy format, but of the tools used by the therapist.

The way to yourself

I am happy because I have found my life's work. I realized that all my life experiences helped me to open myself up - I went where I needed to go. I walked to find the MEANING of my LIFE and I continue to stay faithful to this path. Now my main rule of life is honesty, because everything starts from it. Honesty in every cell of my body and consciousness. I am glad that right now, at this minute, our paths have crossed. Whether it's just for a moment or for a longer time - it makes me happy.
